I've had problems too. OH forgot to renew my subscription in May last year so I rang the subscriptions team. Got a man who said the system had changed. He said he would change it to be in my name, not as a gift from OH and I paid by card over the phone. It's been arriving, but around a month ago I got an email addressed to OH to say it needed renewing in March. I sent it to OH but he couldn't make it work, shouldn't have been March either, I'd asked for June to make sure I got the 2 for 1 gardens card.
Today I received my GW magazine with instructions on the front separate page to say how to start an online account and I had a new subscriber number. So I opened my account. It said I had never subscribed to GW. But I had for the last year. Then I found a page that said I needed to renew by March, thought I'd try it, although I don't think that's the right month. But I couldn't complete the order. It said that I was applying from the wrong country and only France was acceptable. But I was applying from France for it to be sent to me to the address I had subscribed with in France.
I found the contact page and sent them a message. I got an email back to say there may be a long wait for a reply as they had received so many messages.
Are you still there Nora? Maybe I'll send this to the address you've given.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Hey BL, if you're already in contact with the subscriber customer service team, then the fastest way to resolve the issue is to wait for a response from them. The system did indeed undergo a major change at the end of last year, which could be the cause of the problems you're having.

Hope that helps 😊

Thank you, Nora. I sent it too soon! Now they've had 2 messages, I'll wait for the reply.
