Dog resistant plants

Hi, i have two small pups that are systematically killing certain shrubs off in my garden, i want to replace them with more hardier dog resistant plants and shrubs but not sure what, can anyone give me a few ideas please.....

By killing off I'm presuming you mean with their nitrogen rich urine that is burning the leaves? Or do you mean by digging and tearing? Other than the occasional leaf, my 11 month old Border Terrier wasn't interested in the borders thankfully! Also be aware that certain plants are toxic/intolerant of dogs stomachs so might be worth keeping an eye out whilst they are young, if they are in to chomping everything - foxgloves etc.

What shrubs are we talking about? Is there any chance of partitioning off the area?
