Problems faced when gardening

Hi,

I'm currently studying Product Design at the Dublin Institute of Technology and am in my 3rd year. I am beginning my research for a potential thesis areas. One is the idea of using technology in the growing/maintaining of plants. I was hoping to get some feedback regarding the problems faced when growing/maintaining plants that could aid in my research.

Thanks :)

  • The biggest challenge I face is a lack of ability, but I saw a documentary on Channel 4 about cyborgs who could help around the house. "Humans" I think it was called and I would quite like the blonde one.

Surprisingly or not I'd say this is quite a common one. Wrong plant, wrong conditions, wrong soil type.

It happens to the best of us Steve!

Bad suppliers? pot pound? weak growth from over fertilising? fungus? vine weevil larvae on the roots?
