strawberry planter planting

im just about to finish buiding my upright pallet straweberry planter
but not sure if i should put the plants in as yet?
i have some plugs i bought recently doing ok in garage at window and several cuttings from last years strawberry bed that also doing ok
can i plant out asap or wait until frost has passed in end spring? strawberries are quite hardy so think i could maybe put out now?

I would leave them for now or pot-on into slightly larger pots. If you plant them out, they will probably survive but all growth will halt and you want them to be developing a good root system right now. Repotting and putting them in a cold frame would probably be the ideal.
the garage is my cold frame, up against the window. they doing ok
ok ill finish the planter and be ready for last frost
