what can I grow at this time of year?

garlic, onions and broad beans outside, lettuces in a greenhouse apart from that its prepping for the sowing season starting at the end of the month.
can I start runner beans yet and can lettuces be started off in a propogator?
way too early for runner beans, they need putting outside after the latest frost have past (mid May ish) so need starting in April, lettuce can be started in a propagator but only if you have somewhere undercover to plant them in about 3-4 weeks as its too cold for outdoor lettuce at the moment
