Could anyone tell me what type of tree this is please. Its got sort of black sooty knobs on the end of its branches

Not a good photo, but I suspect it is a Rhus Typhinus or stag horned sumach. A better photo when it comes into leaf would be definitive. Are the branches furry?
Thanks Fidgetbones-no fur on branch as far as i can see. Its behind a tall wall so when the weathers better i will try and get a better photoo
