To pot on or wait to plant in garden

in Plants
I have been checking over the plants that have overwintered in my cold frame. I have several ammi Majus plants in 3inch pots which are quite tall and the roots are growing out of the bottom of pots. Should I pot them on again or will they be ok for another couple of weeks until a raised bed is ready for them. They had a good water and some diluted fertilser.
Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late.

It depends on where in the country you are. Up North are expecting snow, so I would pot on and keep indoors. Down south, you will probably get away with planting them out soon.
I'm in the NW, lytham st annes area, no snow forcasts for us
