Pedigree-Based Question
I have several 6"- tall African marigolds in need of bigger room, but they have been raised from ordinary, unnamed seed. Is it any good pinching them so as to produce considerably shorter plants, or it matters nothing, as the ultimate height should depend on the cultivar? Thank you.

Pinching them will make them branch so you will get more flowers, but the ultimate height will be the same.
