At last my Christmas amaryllis is in flower - what a beauty.  Red is my colour, and it looks great in our sun imageimagelounge.

The Phoenix Canariensis is growing outdoors at my husband's work - it is flowering now which amazes me as we have just had a week of freezing nights!

    imageA close up for you aym - you would expect to see this on a tropical island not close to a car park and surrounded by industrial buildings. There is an agava cactus growing along side it too.
