Mole removal

Our compost bin is working well and we have thousands of worms munching away that has attracted a mole to our garden. Now I'm not sure if this going to be a problem but I think I could be harmful to plants and shrubs etc. Any recommendation's that will deter the mole and get it to move on

Employ a mole-catcher who uses old-fashioned mole traps. Pay by results.
Compost bin worms are not usually eaten by moles. they usually prefer the big, juicy ones found in open ground, like under the lawn or in the vegetable garden.
if there's food, it won't " move on" why should it?
I'd say you have to live with it, or kill it.
If you don't kill it it will find a mate and have babies. I speak from bitter experience! They burrow under my plants and leave roots dangling in the tunnels. I use traps.

I don't mind the moles and the deer being in the paddock and the wood, but I wish they would keep out of the flower garden and the lawn. Especially as I sometimes open it for charity.

all welcome here, though I have concerns about visitors in silly shoes falling down one of the many vole holes.

Get a mole catcher in - anything from £10 to £25 per caught mole (and maybe a fee for the first trip). If you don't they will trash your garden. You can not get them to move elsewhere and they are not feeding from your compost bin, they will cover a wide area to feed. Driving me mental at the moment.
