Planting New Grape Vines
Hi. Having managed to kill my last grape vine in 1 year. I took delivery today of 2 new vines. Grape Pinot Blanc and Boskop Glory (As recommended by Mr Flowerdue).
1) Can I plant them now even though it is very cold and frosty.
2) Should I wait a while.
3) I could store them in a Garage or unheated lean too tomato
cold frame or a heated Greenhouse (Paraffin Heater)
They will end up on a South Facing Wooden Fence which will get the sun from 08:00 to Sunset during the summer months.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Grape vine can tolerate very cold temperatures, but you cant plant them with the ground frozen. So I would wait until you get a good few days of weather without any frost due, wait until March if weather very bad.
Prepare the site very well with manure / compost / bone meal or micro fungi and dig deep. Keep it well watered for the first year.
