Dove is right, they are Dill flowers. I sowed Dill in the veg garden some years ago and now it just pops up. As it's light and airy I leave it among the veg. I use the leaves for cooking then let it flower. The only problem is the cut flowers drop pollen! The white similar ones are Ammi Majus.

Busy, lovely flowers. You say you grow your sweet peas on a trellis, is it in full sun or partial shade? I have tried growing them down here but they just turned brown in the heat. I was wondering if a more shaded spot with plenty of water would be worth a go?
It's partially shaded by the greenhouse so it doesn't get sun in the middle of the day. But when the weather gets very hot the Sweet Peas don't survive, so they have a short flowering season here. But I would miss the scent if I didn't grow them.

I'm planning to grow mine in a spot that will have shade at midday and maybe also trench full of moisture retentive stuff like for runner beans. We'll see. They didn't like my Belgian garden cos it was too exposed to wind and rain - or maybe it's just me.

First time in many years Iam growing sweetpeas.they are in part shade until mid afternoon.But it gets quite hot after that . I wonder if I should move them.?
You should be OK in the UK. Busy and I are in France where summer is hotter and drier. I'm planning to put mine against a north facing wall where they will sun in the early morning and late afternoon and a cool stone wall behind them. That's the plan, anyway as my cutting beds will be in the potager and in full sun.

aym, the seeds of Sweet Peas I find germinate well are Kings Seeds, but a Sweet Pea expert who used to post here liked Eagle Seeds.

Thanks Busy, I think I might try again in a different spot. Keeping up with the watering is the problem and the hot sun.
