How hardy are nasturtiums? I have an Empress of India who is growing in a exposed window box by the entrance to my flat which is hellbent on surviving this winter. All the other ones have succumbed to the frost we had in the beginning of December here in Bristol but this one is doing rather well. If it survives into spring…
