Hi All. I saw this tomato on a site for chateau bourdaisiere.Can anyone identify it?

It's a beefsteak type - but no idea which one - there are many varieties of beefsteak tomato.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
