I cant tell what Is wrong with my Dracaena

I cant tell if im watering it too much or not. After learning NYC has so much flouride in the water, I only give it bottled waterimageimageimageimageimage

  • It does look over-watered to me.  I don't water mine until the top inch of compost is bone dry.  That rule can be applied to most house plants as over-watering is probably the biggest killer of them.  If that's a heater rather than an AC unit then the warm air won't be doing it any good either and I would move it if you can.

    Both over and under-watering can result in brown leaves. Regularly soaking through and draining out should provide adequate water but also a humid environment needs to be maintained. Heaters or direct sun is too drying. Try spritzing with a mister or putting wet pebbles around edge to create the 'tropical' environment many house plants require. The brown leaves won't regenate the tips so cut or remove those. 

    I am no expert but I find the spritz to be key with house plants.
