Lovely pictures everyone, they are giving me ideas for next year already. A few pictures from our garden. The Dahlias are second year and the lily is 7th or 8th year and grown in a pot, strongly scented so I put it around the side of the house where I can't smell (sneeze) it!

Ok! this is as cheap as chips and totally unexotic but I would not be without it.
Ladies and gentlemen. I give you Lychnis Coronaria. It seeds a lot but uproots easily .
'You must have some bread with it me duck!'
lovely pictures
I love lychnis but it hates me , White or pink just won't grow for me!
Loving baptista with philadelphus at the moment.
Now, I've had baptisia several times, and lost it before it flowers.
The trick is to tell it it's got one more year and then it's out if it doesn't flower , worked for me!
Mary the tree lilies are heavily scented. when I have the patio doors open I can smell them in the lounge and the bed is about 10 metres away.
