I've bought some seed of the rivale Yvie - although I haven't got round to sowing them yet. I'm hoping they might be useful, although I'm slightly worried about the 'peachy' aspect. It's a colour I hate
Went out and took a few new photos in the gentle rain
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Stockton on Tees, you would have needed arc lamps to take photo's here. Dark early then sunshine and now almost dark again, we seem to have one errant cloud over us that refuses to move on. No water shortage here.
What is the white clematis Fairygirl - it is lovely? I seem to have mostly blue and purple apart from the Montana, and I am not keen on blue or purple particularly. (Blue Dancer, Freckles and one unnamed).

GD Fairies clematis is Miss Bateman. I have one growing in shade at the back of the house.
Tom I love dahlias with the dark foliage.
Thanks Joyce, I hadn't seen that one before.
Yes, I love dahlias with dark foliage too - and the slugs don't seem interested in them either!
