Hello I just joined Thomson & morgan and made my seed order got to check out put in my card details pressed sumit , screen when't back to checkout do you think my order went through as had no comformation by email and its not in the orders section , maybe someone who has done orders with them might point me in the right direction only ordered 2 hours ago .

I've never ordered anything other than a couple of packets of seed from them, but I know customer service can be hit and miss. I suggest you contact them directly - by email today, and then phone tomorrow if you get no joy from the email. If the stuff you've ordered is in stock and no money has been taken, it's unlikely the transaction has happened, but better to get it clarified.
Confirmation by email is always better - I don't trust anything any company representative tells me on the phone.

If you don't get it sorted, it's worth coming back on the forum. There's been several occasions when they've replied directly to an issue on here. I think they realise that people who get poor service aren't going to keep quiet .
