Butternut squash

can anyone advise is this very large for a butternut squash?

i still have it.

it is much larger than any I have grown before

    Sounds enormous. What variety was it? Any chance of a photo with something to show the size?

    Very impressive. Were there any other fruits on the same plant, or was this the only one? Any special growing conditions?

    and well done great butternut speci there and also plenty of meals yum

    I must admit growing butternut and other types of squash and pumpkin are on my challenge list for 2017 so let's hope I get a few returns like that
