Star Jasmine dying?

Bought a new star jasmine plant from JParkers as part of their jasmine collection but the star of toscane plant is starting to lose all its leave and the stem is dry and shrivelled... I've emailed them to see what they say - the plant in question is on the right planted in the same pot as the other jasmine plant
