Anyone could improve on my design for a flower tower , 4 foot drain pipe with holes running down for plants stood in a plant round tub that will be planted up , any ideas of improvements .

Sorry jason - but I really don't understand what it is you're asking...or describing.....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
maybe the Ken Muir tower pots, fill with flowers instead of strawberry plants.
