Are these 2 Euphorbias the same variety?

I have 2 Euphorbias growing in the same pot.One is from a cutting I took and the other is one that I was given as a small plant.I had thought they were both the same variety but now they have grown a bit they look different.Any ideas?

Not sure re different varieties but one difference is that the plant in pic 3 is coming up to flower, the other one isn't

That could be the reason for them looking different! The one in pic 3 is about a year older so presumably more mature.
You may have to wait til they both flower to be really sure if they're the same
