Vitopod propagator
I've not got one - I use a simple 'windowsill' heated propagator.
I think that the difficulty with the bigger ones is that once you've germinated a load of tender plants and pricked them out, you need a heated greenhouse for them to grow on in until the weather is warm enough for them not to need heat - that's why I've not bought a bigger propagator.
My seedlings have to survive on windowsills and the little cold greenhouse until summer arrives.

I have 3 windowsill heated propagators, started with one. Then I bought a heated cable that you bury in sand and a heated mat that you can stand seed trays and pots on. So now the baby plants when pricked out can go in the greenhouse standing on the warm sand or the mat.

Hi aym - Ive had a Parasene Big Top propagator for 10 years that has served well but I want a new one (for my new g/house) and I'm planning on getting the 3-tier Vitopod, so will be interesting to see what others say.
I've been looking for some while, and the Vitopod seems about the only decent size heated propagator out there - unless you take the DIY route.
I was thinking of getting one of these-

then build a heated base around it.
But I probably wont

Well, I haven't bought one as I am still using the large Dobie's one that I've had for around 35 years! Have had to make a new top for it, as the plastic got brittle with age, but it has loads of room and a good height so I can grow on things that need more time or cosseting. Luckily my house has deep windowsills that will take whole seed trays and they are filled every spring with plants before they transition to the GH.
