Plant/tree identification

Dear all, 

does aimagenyone know the the name of these two large shrubs or trees and the best time to prune?

    They look very much like Flamingo Willows - Salix integra Hakuro Nishiki. Prune lightly to maintain shape in late Winter or early Spring.

    Yes I'd say they are to Ladybird. Oh by the way have you had your hair done ?.
