Problem with Pothos leaves

New leaves of my pothos are not 
looking good. I am keeping this in shaded area. Water it when the soil dry. /so what is the reason? Please help.

May be too little good natural light. This time of year it might be worth giving it more light while the danger of it burning in hot sun is unlikely.
