What to do with these olives?

I have to of these olives but i dont think they look too good, how and what do i need to do to get them looking better? Thank you

What are they actually growing in? If they are in pots it could be that they are pot bound but I do agree with pf about the pruning.
Yes they are in pots and i think they are pot bound so will need to put them into something bigger, can i prune them back quite hard as they look abit leggy
