Bare Root Roses

I have just had some bare root roses delivered and am desperate to get them in the ground, but my planting day is supposedly raining all day, and you are not meant to plant into 'excessively wet' ground. So how wet is too wet?

That really means waterlogged ground (ie ground with poor drainage which will be soaking wet for weeks.) If your soil is just wet from recent rain and you know there isn't going to puddles there for weeks, then go ahead and plant them Ree.
Thanks Bob!
