Problems uploading pictures from phone

Hi, I seem to be unable to download pictures straight from my LG phone to Gardner's World - so having to do this the long way round by downloading to my laptop then adding to site... anyone else had this problem and if so can you advise what I need to do.  When I go to add a picture in browse it does not even acknowledge my phone either free-standing or when connected to my laptop.  Many thanks for your help.

    Some of us have given up trying to add photos.
