Jade crassula plant help

hello, was wondering if anyone had any advice for my plant, its develoved some white patches on some of the leaves and some of them seem to be dropping. I've tried to dry it out in case I was overwatering but it's dry and still dropping leaves. Please see pic ???? Thanks for your help In advanced.

Is it in a bright spot with enough daylight?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Yeah if it's not on the window ledge with direct sunlight, it's on top of a mini fridge with indirect sunlight, obviously when it is sunny haha.
Yeah it's a type of Jade plant- crassula ovutum. I'll keep an eye on it, It just seems to be getting a bit bare looking, thought the white tips might have been a fungus. not really sure if they drop off so they grow back? I'll try that, hopefully get more plants out of it then ?
