Found hiding behind cut sunflower stalk this morning. It has a very slight purple to it.

All sorts of possibiities. To attempt to ID fungi you need to see gills and the whole 'stem - and then to confirm it you need to do a spore print.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
