Valdel. Have you just copied the three letters at the top of the box? These just mean Bold, Italic and Underlined. So they control the way your text looks when you type it.
Do not prune you Pyracantha at this time of year as you will remove next years flowers and therefore the berries. A tidy up can be done after flowering next season.

BIU?
I know you already explained the BUI thing to me last time it popped up LB, but it was bugging me so I did a little investigating?
Along with the "bus interface unit" one
I found another acronym I quite like, "boating under the influence"??
An alternative explanation comes from the urban dictionary which states that "BUI" is sometimes used to show that something is REALLY important.
Maybe people use it to add a sense of urgency or importance to the query?
Edit: it popped up again whilst I was typing
Give us more info on the plant OP and we may be able to help.

Perhaps so.
I cannot explain this one's use though as I have already answered the query ha ha.
Some information and possibly a photo goes a long way when trying to help
The question I assume is the title of the post re pruning Pyracantha. Thats what I answered anyway
