Garedenia problems

Hi, I've got two Garednia plants that I'm growing indoors, temps are between 27c to 18c around the day (80F to 64F).
Recently it started to give flowers but they have not been able to bloom, they all fall prematurely.
The problem I see is that the plant has white stuff, a bit sticky and fluffy. This white matter seems to go around the flowers and kill them, it also grows all around the plant.
I removed them all today, using my fingers and a needle to remove it from the tight spots. Some leaves also have seem sticky, maybe that white stuff is releasing sticky fluids?
Question is, what is that white stuff? harmful? How do I prematurely get rid of it, if it is harmful.
p.s I water it on a day on day off basis.
Pictures attached.

It is a little difficult to make out the pictures but it seems like your plant could be infected with woolly aphids. The sticky fluids will be the waste products of the aphids. However, due to not being able to make out the pests clearly I am only hazarding a guess here.
It does look like woolly Aphid, just squidge them with your fingers.
Have you got them standing on a tray of pebbles. water of coarse in the tray. They like humid conditions .
The white stuff . is what they poo out. They coat it around them to make them tasteful to predators.
