Olive tree leaves falling off

Hi there,
planted this olive tree a couple of months ago in a pot. Dug in drainage and compost. its in a sheltered position. doesn't look too well tho. leaves are falling off and going brown. any ideas?

The rest of the tree looks fine. Have a closer look, follow those brown leaves back and I bet you'll find a small twig has snapped off, just out of sight. It looks to me just like a bit of physical damage and nothing more sinister.
