    Auntyrach, they don't hurt very much, only when I use the tepe  brushes. But I will try that,thanks.image

    Shrinking violet, I use a month wash called aquafresh,i wouldn't use cortisol. I don't understand why this has happened I've been very good with hygiene. Thanks.image

    Try some adult bonjela for the soreness.  Lack of Vit B12 can cause sores at the corner of the mouth.

    Thanks all for the replies,i like the cognac one,but there's the dog walking to think about. At Christmas I always have a few glasses of sherry and sparkling wine with dinner,then I'm in a daze walking the boys. It's great.image

    I use Listerine Advanced Defence Gum Treatment Mouthwash.  It tastes foul but works better than anything else I've tried.
