Yes, plant up some of the baby 'spiders' - detach them from the parent plant leaving a longish stem and float the spiders in some water - they'll send out roots and then you can pot them up.

Dang, was really hoping I was wrong but oh well. Luckily there's plenty of offspring and I already replanted a few of them a year ago.
Thanks for the second opinion! Guess it was time to redesign my plant area anyway.
