I've just read this thread. Kelly says that the garden pic in the brochure shows a mature hedge and states a private, enclosed garden. She has a row of whips. That's absolutely not a 'private, secluded enclosed garden'.
I'd consult the lawyer re the wording of the brochure as it's extremely misleading, and then get him/her to send the builder a letter. He sounds delightful
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
