Help, what is this alien?

I have found this on the leaves on my pear tree, it produced barely any fruit this year and I imagine this is the reason.
Firstly can anyone tell me what it is? But also, how have I caught it, can I get rid of it, and will it effect other plants.
The pours of this fungus are now pouring out of the leaves.

Pear rust.
It needs a Juniper to complete its life cycle so there must be one somewhere nearby. Remove the juniper if you can.
