Help ID Palm-like leaf!

Found this in a compost. Need help IDing so I can hopefully plant or propagate!

It looks like it could be from a Cycad but it is unlikely that you will be able to get it to grow.
Indeed, looks like cycas revoluta. Nothing you can do with he leaf. They're easily acquired from many plant suppliers. Highly toxic to cats and dogs and attractive to them, apparently.
