Can you help me identify this plant?

Dear gardening experts - please can you help me ID this pretty flowering plant which has long stems and white or pink flowers. I see it growing in borders all over and it flowers right through the summer. Thanks :0)

I'd wait for spring, it's not the most hardy plant. Let them die in the GCs and buy yours in spring
