Your coldframe looks great sanjy, I'm green with envy?. Thanks for sharing the photos and construction details, you've given me lots of inspiration for my own project.
Mine will be a more "rustic" affair, probably made from old pallets & perspex sheets I'll pretty it up with a lick of paint though
thank you everyone pallets are perfect kitty for a cold frame, the principle is the same with the four posts in each corner, we just happened to have some ply in my OH's yard otherwise i would have been out scouting for pallets too.
Handle very handy especially as it is pretty heavy that window and it was in a drawer in the shed, see, all those things we all save will eventually get used
