I just planted this tree its in full daylight shade will it still flower?

Is it in shade or full daylight then? You've said it's in both....
Most flowering trees will flower in some shade without any real problem, providing they have the right soil conditions and climate etc. A small tree can take a while to get going too.Unless they're in total shade and an unsuitable site, there shouldn't be any major issue.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
In shade this spot does not get sun but l think it will be ok do you think? Meaning no sun and its out of strong wind
