What is this shrub and what's wrong with it?

Hi

I just moved into a new place and I have all these nice plants but I can't figure out what this one is and it looks like it's sick. Can anyone help me out. I live in Canada Alberta.

    There's a size limit so try and reduce it.

    Below about 2.5 MB will load - anything bigger won't just now.

    I resize mine to around 1MB or smaller and then it's fine image

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
