I was just wondering if anyone can help me identify this weed, I haven't come across it before and was interested in what it is, can't figure it out myself.

Wood avens or water avens - a type of wild geum.
Those spiky things are seed heads - they get everywhere.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
