To cut or not to cut.

Hi guys,
Now I know I'm not supposed to cut back my autumn fruiting raspberry till February but I need to move it now and I can't dig it up, unless I cut it back first. It's too big.
Will this be a problem?

It will be ok,their for sale this time of year and they would be cut short to plant.
