Do I plant out now?

I have about 60 plant in 10 inch pot. Do I plant them out in the garden now or should I leave them in their pot over winter?

depends on the type of plant. If they're hardy, I'd plant now, if they're tender , I'd wait.
You say "60 plant in 10 inch pot." are the 60 plants tiny babies all in the same pot, or 60 x 10" pots?
