Butternut Squash

Can anyone please tell me wether these diseased butternut squashes are still edible. Only effects the skin and seem fine when cut open. Dont want to poison anyone this week.

Thanks you so much. I was hoping that someone was going to tell me I could still use them. Not a fan
of risotto, but lots of butternut squash soup to be made in the next few days.
