Pond plant identification

Can anybody tell me what this plant is growing in my pond? It seems to be floating on the surface??

That's parrot's feather, invasive and not native. If managed, not a problem, but if allowed to spread to slow streams and ponds in the countryside, tends to go unnoticed until it's clogged up huge areas. Great oxygenator, however.
