Honeysuckle relocation

Hi,

Is this a good time to move a honeysuckle plant that has been growing in a spot for about 3 years, although the plant itself is a bit older as it has been moved previously. Any idea how large would the root ball be or how resilient honeysuckle are to moving? 

Since it is growing on a fence, I would have to cut off some branches as well.
