Does anyone know these shrubs?

Hi everyone, 

Just hoping someone could tell me what these shrubs are, have not not been able to figure it out myself, both pictures were taken only last month and unfortunately these were the only pictures I manged to take.

    The bottom one might be a philadelphus

    In London. Keen but lazy.

    I think the top one is Spiraea × arguta 'Bridal Wreath'
