Greenhouse identification

Hi
I have just been given a greenhouse 3m x 2m. I am not sure of the brand. I am looking to find some instructions and spare parts. I have a few part numbers on some of the brace sections 775 and 776. Some of the front horizontal sections are 729 and 735. Are you able to identify the brand from these part numbers please?

If it's aluminium framing, many of the generic spare parts will fit and you may not need the specific brand. I don't think those numbers will be searchable on their own.
